2. Scope

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable to visitors from the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively provide or that is technically necessary to deliver the website:

• Contact data you provide voluntarily (name, email, message content) when you email us or use a contact form.
• Client data you share with us for the purpose of delivering our accounting services.
• Technical data automatically transmitted by your browser (IP address, browser type, date and time of access).

4. Purposes & legal basis

We process your data to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website.

5. Hosting, client app & third parties

Our website may be hosted by a third-party provider that processes technical access data on our behalf. Our client application and related IT, AI and automation services are provided by our technology partner daisys.cloud. Accounting software such as QuickBooks is operated under your own licence. Where we engage service providers, we ensure appropriate contractual safeguards for the protection of your data. Web fonts are served from our own server, so simply browsing this website transfers no data to third parties. The one exception is the contact page, which loads Google reCAPTCHA and the Firebase SDK – see section 6.

6. Contact form & reCAPTCHA

When you use the contact form on this website, we process the details you enter (name, email address, message and, if provided, your phone number) in order to answer your enquiry. Submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, with Google acting as our processor. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

The form is protected against automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA v3. On submission, reCAPTCHA transmits data to Google – including your IP address, browser and device information and interaction data – to assess whether the request originates from a human. This transfer takes place on the contact page only. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against spam and misuse.

7. AI-assisted processing

We use automated and AI-assisted tools to read, classify and file the documents you provide, and to flag inconsistencies. These tools support our team; final responsibility for your books and filings always rests with a human reviewer. Documents are processed solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

8. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary elements by default. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced, we will request your consent beforehand and update this policy accordingly.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law, in particular commercial and tax retention obligations in the UAE.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
• Deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Restriction of and objection to certain processing.
• Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.
